Exclusivity agreement
The exclusivity agreement is a legal instrument whereby the seller undertakes to grant the sale of their property "exclusively" to our real-estate company for a previously-established period of time. This agreement allows us to use our resources to carry out the following:
- a search for potential clients,
- a personalized marketing campaign and
- periodic reports, if necessary, on the status of the sale of your property.
This agreement is not compulsory. Masó Inmobiliaria can manage your property with the same skill and efficiency because our experience and knowledge are the same, but the marketing strategies will be those that do not require us to use additional resources.
